Delivery areas

We currently deliver across most of Mumbai. Enter your pincode on our main page to confirm your area. If we do not reach you yet, leave your number and we will message you when we do.

Delivery schedule

All orders are delivered on Friday, by evening. The order cut-off is Wednesday 9 PM. Orders placed after the cut-off are delivered the following Friday. We produce on Friday morning and dispatch the same day, so what arrives was made hours earlier.

Delivery charges

Delivery is included in the plan price. There are no additional charges.

If you are not home

Our delivery partner will leave your box with your building security, reception or a neighbour. The box is insulated and holds its temperature for several hours. If none of these are possible, we will contact you on the number you provided.

Changes to your order

Address changes, date questions or anything else: message us on WhatsApp before Wednesday 9 PM and we will sort it for that week's delivery.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up to the Wednesday 9 PM cut-off for a full refund, because production has not yet begun. After the cut-off, your amla has been bought and your shots are being made, so we are unable to cancel that week's box.

Nothing on REVEL auto-renews. Your plan covers the number of deliveries you paid for and then stops. There is no subscription to cancel and you will never be charged without being asked first.

Refunds and replacements

If your box arrives damaged, thawed, or with a genuine quality problem, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We review every case individually and offer a replacement in the next delivery cycle, or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days via Razorpay.

Because this is a fresh, frozen food product, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been thawed or opened.
