Amla, or Indian gooseberry, is a small sour fruit native to the subcontinent. It is one of the most Vitamin C-dense fruits in India's own national food composition data, and it is the primary ingredient in Chyawanprash and one of the three fruits in Triphala. We chose it because it is genuinely useful and almost nobody manages to eat it regularly.

One ingredient: cold-pressed amla juice. No water, no added sugar, no preservatives, no artificial flavours, no colour, no concentrate.

It is a shot, not a drink. Undiluted amla juice is concentrated, and 30ml is a sensible daily amount. A larger bottle would mean adding water, and we would rather not.

Sharply tart, slightly astringent, with a dry finish. That is what raw amla tastes like and we have not sweetened it. Most people mix it with 200ml water and a pinch of salt and black pepper for the first week, then many switch to taking it straight.

Thaw one bottle for 15–20 minutes, shake it, and drink it straight or mixed with water, salt and pepper. Best first thing in the morning, before breakfast. One bottle a day — there is no benefit to more.

It is a single food ingredient with nothing added. As with any new food for children, elderly family members, or anyone with a health condition, check with your doctor first.

We recommend talking to your doctor before adding any new food or juice to your diet during pregnancy or while on medication. We would rather you asked.

Because pure amla juice with nothing added has a very short life at room temperature. Most brands solve that with preservatives, heat treatment or sugar. We solve it with a freezer. Freezing does not add anything — it pauses.

Move all seven bottles into your freezer as soon as the box arrives. Keep them frozen until the morning you drink them.

Keep it frozen and drink within your plan week. The press date is printed on every bottle.

Not currently. We press on Friday morning so that what reaches you was made hours earlier, and that only works with one delivery day.

The 1-week plan is ₹280 for 7 shots, one Friday delivery. The 4-week plan is ₹840 for 28 shots across four Friday deliveries, which works out to ₹30 a shot instead of ₹40.

No. Ever. Nothing on REVEL auto-renews. Before your last box we message you on WhatsApp to ask whether you would like to continue, and we only charge you if you say yes.

Yes, and you do not have to do anything to stop. Your ₹840 covers four deliveries. If you do not reply to our message, nothing further happens.
