Frozen is how we keep the ingredient list at one.
Pure amla juice with nothing added has a very short life at room temperature. Most brands solve that with preservatives, heat treatment, or sugar. We solve it with a freezer.
Freezing does not add anything. It pauses. Your shot is held at the state it was in twenty minutes after pressing, until the morning you thaw it.
Nothing added. Nothing removed. Just paused.

Let's be honest about the taste.
It is sharply tart, slightly astringent, with a dry finish. That is what raw amla tastes like, and we have not sweetened it or watered it down to make it easier.
Your first shot will surprise you. Most people's does. By day three, most people stop noticing. By week two, quite a few say they have started to like it.
If you would rather ease into it, mix one shot into 200ml of water with a pinch of salt and black pepper. It takes the edge off without adding anything we would have to put on the label.
